For the first time since 2006, the girl's soccer team made it to the second round of playoffs where they faced Taft. The girls put up a strong fight but lost and bringing an amazing season to an end. Even still, the team worked hard to end the season. The girl's varsity soccer team played over thirty game winning 19 games and losing 7 with 2 ties. "We did this by focusing on little things first," Coach Garcia said. "Winning the next game, being a little more fit, more disciplined, and having the girls play more in the off season."

Going all the way to funky town, the Winter Guard team performed their new competition piece, Saturday Night Fever, taking home the title of Scholastic Regional Finalist. The team's disco themed show has been performed in various competitions, winning 1st in TECA contests, and 3rd at WGI Houston. "I feel like it's a really upbeat show, with a lot of energy," sophomore captain Flynne Beaeker said."And I think it's really fun to perform. Out of the different division color guards compete in, Warren had earned a place in the best in class, Scholastic Open. "I like the show this year," captain Reese Baecker said "I think it's going well." While the color guard usually performs with a band, the winter guard season had them do their own production indoors. "In marching season I feel like there was less pressure because we weren't the only ones on the field," junior member Katrina Martini said."But in winter guard we are the main focus so there is more elaboration on tricks and skills."
